# What is the $Haven Token

$HAVEN is a governance token that enables community governance over the BaseHaven ecosystem. This means that $HAVEN holders can use their tokens to vote for platform proposals to further ecosystem initiatives. 

The $HAVEN token can be farmed by participating in various ecosystem programs.
